FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

How quickly will I get a reply?
A real person replies to every message, usually within 3 working days. Account and access problems are prioritised.
Do you offer licences for a PCN or a whole practice?
Yes. We sell per-seat licences so everyone gets their own login and progress, with a team/manager dashboard. Tell us how many you need on the Pricing page or message us above.
Can a university start with one year or module?
Yes. Begin with a curriculum-mapping workshop, agree one learner stage and a small set of reviewed practice-and-repeat cases, then evaluate learning transfer and educator workload before deciding whether to expand. See the university proposition.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, for teams, PCNs and practices we can invoice against a purchase order. Get in touch with the number of seats and your billing details and we will raise it.
Is the training accredited by the GPhC?
To be straight with you: Medicine in Practice is an independent training provider and is not accredited or endorsed by the GPhC or any regulator. The certificate evidences the competencies you demonstrate in the programme and supports your CPD and appraisal. See Clinical governance.
How do I get a certificate?
Complete every module in the level and pass its programme assessment. Practice Labs are recommended formative learning, but they are not workplace observation or a certificate requirement. The certificate records online course completion rather than workplace competence. Registered certificates get a public ID anyone can check on the verification page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Go to your account page and choose Manage billing / cancel to open the secure Stripe portal, where you can cancel or update your payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
Please see our Refunds policy for the details, then message us if you think it applies to you.
Is there training for pharmacy technicians?
Yes, there is a dedicated Pharmacy Technician Programme built around the technician role. See it on the Pricing page.
